Return Policy & Lifetime Care Promise

30 Day Return Policy
Jewelry that has not been custom made or altered may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unworn and returned with original packaging and documentation. All returned merchandise will be inspected prior to approval to ensure the item remains in new condition.

Custom & Special Orders
Custom designed jewelry, special order items, engraved pieces or jewelry that has been altered after purchase are uniquely created and are therefore not eligible for refund.

Diamond Laboratory Reports
Diamonds sold with an independent laboratory grading report must be returned with the item in order to process a refund or exchange. If the report is not returned, the replacement cost of obtaining a new report may be deducted from the refund.

Lifetime Care Promise
Noble Jewelers proudly offers complimentary professional cleaning and inspection of jewelry purchased from our store. Routine inspections help maintain the integrity of settings and keep jewelry looking its best.

Center Stone Responsibility
Customers are responsible for periodically inspecting their jewelry to ensure stones remain secure. Noble Jewelers recommends professional inspection at least twice per year.

Warranty Limitations
This policy does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones, or improper care.
